Three Simple Shoulder Exercises to Maintain Healthy Shoulders

Shoulder Scaption

Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions.
Use 2-5 pounds of resistance - a dumbbell or soup can.
Perform these exercises 2-3x/week


Rowing Exercise

Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions.
Use a red therapeutic band for resistance
Perform these exercises 2-3x/week


External Rotation

Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions.
Use a yellow therapeutic band for resistance
Perform these exercises 2-3x/week


NOTE: Start with the yellow band, then progress to the red band, and lastly, the green band.

All exercises should be pain free.
